Email with an AI assistant

An inbox that sorts
itself out.

aiMail reads incoming mail, files it under the right category, summarises long threads and drafts replies. You decide what actually gets sent.

Works with Gmail and Zoho Mail · OAuth sign-in · nothing to install

What it handles for you

Six things that usually eat the first hour of the day.

🗂

Smart inbox

Every message lands in a category — Finance, Projects, Recruiters, Learning. Set a category by hand and aiMail remembers it and stops overriding you.

📝

Thread summaries

Instead of reading twenty replies bottom-up, you get the gist, the sender's intent, how urgent it is and what you're expected to do.

✍️

Reply assistant

A draft in the tone you pick — professional, friendly or firm. Always yours to edit before anything leaves the outbox.

💬

Chat about a message

“Is there any risk here?”, “What do I need to do?” — ask about one specific email and get an answer grounded in that thread.

Many accounts, one inbox

Gmail and Zoho Mail side by side in a single view. Add, switch and disconnect mailboxes as you work, without signing out.

Automations

Describe a job in a plain sentence and aiMail runs it on a schedule — a morning triage, category clean-ups, reminders.

Say what should happen

An automation is one plain sentence plus a schedule. aiMail turns it into work on your mailbox and runs it in the background — including when you have no tab open.

  • Every day at 8:00 — triage the unread with a summary.
  • Hourly — flag the messages still waiting on a reply.
  • On Friday — a rundown of everything left unanswered.
Start with your first rule

Your mail stays yours

aiMail runs on your server, on your terms.

Master password and 2FA

The inbox is behind a master password plus a TOTP code from your authenticator app, with recovery codes in case the phone goes missing.

Tokens kept encrypted

OAuth credentials for Gmail and Zoho are stored encrypted. aiMail never asks for your mail password — it connects through the provider's official OAuth.

The AI model is yours

Message analysis runs on models hosted on your own infrastructure (Ollama). The contents of your email are not sent to a third-party AI provider.

Start with your own inbox

Connect Gmail or Zoho, set a master password, and let the assistant work through your first hundred messages.
